Ir. Ng Swee Hong is a Civil Engineer (MIEM) by profession.  He has been actively involved in construction and property development sectors for exceeding 30 years.  During his career and business development since last Eighties, he worked as senior manager for public listing companies as well as executive director in local construction and development companies.

He has successfully planned, completed and delivered thousands of various types of residential, commercial, industrial and resort properties in construction and property industries in last 4 decades.

Companies under Unitedhome Group including Unitedhome Development, Unitedhome Construction, Unitedhome Alliance were founded and led by him since year 2013.  As todate, the Group had completed and delivered some housing development projects namely Taman Tangga Batu Permai, Taman Merak ( Phase 1, 2, 3 & 4 ), Taman Tanjung Minyak Utama, Taman Residen Lapan ( 2-1/2 Storey Semi-D ), Taman Kelemak Utama, Alor Gajah with early delivery of completed products without fail, not neglecting assurance of quality control in all projects undertaken.
